Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by emailing orders@greenberetfoundation.org.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Returns

  • A refund will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

Exchanges

  • Once the returned item is received, we will process and ship your replacement.

Kryptek Orders

New, unused merchandise with tags still attached can be:

  • Returned for a refund to the original payment method within 30 days

  • Exchanged or returned for store credit within 60 days

After 60 days, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
Outlet/Clearance items are Final Sale.
